I know I've seen this answer before on here.
Only thing that was different was a viynl decal and rancho shocks. Otherwise its just the 4x4 Off road package.

Will I be able to tell the difference between a 2" and a 3" body lift with 35's? My SCrew already sits high like most to but I'm ordering 7700 springs as well so I'm wondering if 2" BL is all I'd probably need.

2" doesnt have bumper brackets. Wolvee you must be only ordering rear springs. Front torsion bars are no longer available.

What would be the safest way to run illumination to 6 new dash switches?

Yep. I found the very last brand new 7700 torsion bar in the country for ibd. Good luck with that bud! You may find a set in a salvage yard somewhere.

How badly will 285/70/17s affect my trucks performance in comparison to 265/70/17s, I have the 3.55 rear end and the 4.6 motor. Looking at new tires and I just don't know if I can justify $60 more per tire if they're going to effect my trucks performance.

I didn't notice any difference, but I have the 5.4 and I tuned it at almost the same time
