Get your tires rebalanced, more than likely this is your problem, I just went thru it a few months back. Free balance and rotations from discount tire make solving that problem simple

Tires are good? No bulges in tread or corded cut you can't see. Try rotating tires and see if it feels different

Could've hit something to knock some tire weights off. That's how it happened for me. I had the tires rebalanced and rotated a month before my issue. I must've hit a pothole somewhere along the line cz I was missing all of them on one tire. At least check and make sure your weights are still there. It's free and doesn't hurt to double check especially before digging into something more complicated

I still have yet to solve the same problem. I attempted to resolve it by replacing my u joints as the shop said they were starting to wear out when I went to get it done. It slightly reduced the vibration on the highway from 65 mph and up but still didn't solve it. Then I rebalanced my tires and that seemed to help too and yet I still have the same annoying vibration at highway speeds. It's frustrating and I'm stumped as well.

Have you check to see if a rim out of round? You could just have a warped rim. Have you tried road force balancing? Some tire/rim combos are finicky and would benefit from a road force balance

One of my rims has tiny ding on the outer circumference but it's always been there since I got it in the spring of 2012. I figured a balance would compensate for it. I have factory 16" wheels with 255/70R16 Cooper AT3 tires.

Some rims can be warped so bad that it can't be properly balanced (inexperienced or lazy tech could say "good enough") but wouldn't necessarily look off to the naked eye
