Default Trans Temp T-fitting, inline

When you installed your Trans Temp inline of your cooler what T-fitting and adapters did you use? Or if you haven't installed but happen to know what would work, let me know.

(Yes I know I can install it in the test port. No, I don't want to.)

Go to lowes or Home Depot in the plumbing department. Go to the brass fitting in the little baggies. Find a T that you sender will screw into. Now find two 3/8" barb fittings. I bypassed my transmission and sent mine straight to hd tranny cooler. Put T before cooler.

Make sure to tap into the outgoing line from the trans unless you want to know what the temp is going back to the trans. I have one in the test port, and one in the line. My trans run 145 in traffic on a 95* day. I've never seen above 165-170 towing.. `

I put mine inline before the trans cooler and see the same range of temps.
