Default Can i remove the stock lift blocks?

I want to get the reverse rake look on my truck. I think that's what it's called but if not I just want the front a little higher than the back.
I have a 01 4x4 and I was wondering if I took the blocks that the leafs are sitting on off it would look the way I want. Right not the front and back are both sitting at 43" I wanna say

I don't see why not - you would probably need new U-bolts.

Longer shackles would lower it also.

Should be able to as long as the holes line up right.

how big are those stock lift blocks...? I have a 2 wheel drive e-150 and want to raise the rear end a bit If they are a 2 inch or less they will probably work for me as I don't wan't to go to high just enough so when I load the van down I don't rub the fenders with the tires...lol
