Default the baddest 5.4 swap ever

I've been through a 5.4 swap into an older 10th gen and had nightmares with the wiring. My 03 screw has a 4.6 with cop etc just like a 5.4. I've got the 5.4 headers already for the exhaust part of the swap but aside from a tune, is there anything else I need to worry about? The 4.6 is getting tired and I'm wanting a 5.4 again with a little boost. Thanks

Since youve had experience with this swap you should be okay however you will need to obviously get a new tune for the computer they did this on an episode of powerblock

Also get a torque converter meant for the 5.4.

^^ very very good advice and very important. the two engines have different tourqe converters with different stall speeds and different torque multipliers.

I've read the swap post multiple times. But my mind is made up to finally swap in a 5.4 after a fresh rebuild and then possibly a blower on top.

Yes, 4.6 to 5.4 then a gt500 blower on it. I'm still working on gathering the blower parts but only if I find a good deal I can't pass up, going to have new leather seat covers put in it to make the ride a little more comfortable
