Badass man, kind of wish you had some more vids on YouTube! I'm sitting at 202k with mine right now, when funds get freed up I'll be throwing a blower on mine as well to see how she holds up

I got a buddy that said we could probably get most of my rust taken care of this summer and if I get the money, the truck will be getting a 5.4 swap this summer and hopefully a blower the following year before I head to college. Be the only kid with a Reg Cab Short Box 5.4 Supercharged F150 on campus lol.

Actually it's been done many times over successfully, before you. That's probably why you went ahead and did it. Unless I read your post wrong, your typing skills blow lol.
But yea, your right, - It can keep up with a few new trucks in the 150 class...as far as power and versatility.

Were your trailer brakes working?

Gotcha, pictures aren't showing up in my app for some reason. I've even tried uninstall/reinstall

Really kicking myself in the *** for letting a totaled lighting truck go for 400 bucks now that I have a 03. I just figured I'd never have a truck new enough to do the swap

When going downhill pulling a trailer put the truck in second or first so by the time you get to the bottom you still have brakes lmao!

Very helpful thread. Hopefully I'll be the new owner of a lightning swap setup here soon.

Should have bought it either way! The blower alone is worth that
