Well truck is at the tuner right now. I am letting those poor souls pull out the last stud, it broke off clean into the head a few days ago. Truck is 95% put together. Just needs one header and a cat bolted on!
Tune is being pushed till next week.

Forward progression is always good, sometimes slower than we like but well worth the wait!

I was bored at work and started to read this thread. First off I feel like we got off on the wrong foot when I was given advise. May have come off like a d!ck and I'm sorry for that. I didn't read the entire thread but a few things did pop up at me. I didn't read the entire thread, I will later and make notes and post another thread, that is if you like. I'd like to help you get every ounce of safe power you can out of her. I miss mine a lot, and enjoy seeing people do the swaps in 4X4s.
So you did a blower swap now throwing a short block in it? Did you stock let go?
You said you saw 150*ish IAT2 temps? That's very high if you ask me. I would see 10-15 over outside temps while cruising. The Lightning is set up from the factory to start to pull timing at 150*, what temp is yours set up to pull timing. This is important so you sit detonate. Where do you live? I would run straight water and some water wetter in the intercooler system. No antifreeze, I love in New Orleans and don't get below freezing so that's not a issue for me. Straight water coils better than 50/50 or water with antifreeze in it. Maybe run straight water in summer and add antifreeze during the winter months? There is also a guy on LR that sells fans for the H/E that may help too.
You also mentioned you could find a good vacuum line diagram. I designed one a while back I will post for you. I'm curious if your boost bypass is hooked up correctly with those IATs.
Also say you asked about 42# supporting 600hp, not possible. Dual 255s and stock lines will support 600hp but you will need 60# injectors to support 600hp. You also asked about E85, depending in your hp goals you will need to upgrade pumps, injectors and lines. But again it all depends on target hp. E85 uses somewhere around 20-30%(IIRC) more fuel that regular/E10 fuel.
I saw you were looking to go with a 6# lower vs the 4#. A single 255lph & 42# injectors will support a 6# BUT a 90mm MAF will NOT. I was damn near maxing my 90mm out with only a 4#. Would have to pull up my datalogs to tell you how close but it was very.
Have a few questions now.
Is the blower ported? Ported blowers do very well with a 6# vs a non ported.
Is the plenum and TB ported? There isn't much for improvement there but every little but helps. The TB takes about an hour to port the plenum a bit longer depending how extreme you want to go.
15.4 in the quarter?!?! I would say something is set up wrong in the tune, if mechanically everything is ok. My 03 FX4 supercrew with a 4# lower and lifted on 38"s ran 14.56@91 with a 2.08 60'. It put down 331/402 at the wheels.
In one of your first few post you said plug gap at .030, that's a little tight for a 4#. I ran .034-.032 NGK TR6s.
I guess that's enough for now.
