Default 4x4 popping out issuse

Or some reason my 4x4 will pop out and go to 2wd, down on the actuator it's like half engaged, what's the problem?

Maybe your shift fork is worn out / not long enough? Not sure if a body lift or something like that would effect it.

manual or esof? Sounds like worn bushings on the shift fork.

and FYI it was the shift motor that was the problem... That's for "trying" to tell me I was wrong and don't k ow what the problem is.
