yeah you should just be able to spin the actuator grab the black part with your hand and twist. Once you twist it the arm won't be in the grove anymore. And you can start tapping that actuator shaft to get it out. Just take that c clip off

The arm can be removed by gently tapping out the pin on one side of the arm.

that pin Is one of the hardest pins to get out in my opinion. I don't know why ford didn't use a solid pin instead of the hollow round piece of metal lol.I've never had luck getting them out. And never have been able to reuse the pin once it came out.

I have a actuator that's out at home if you want me to post a pic of it? Maybe it can help you are how it's stuck to the front diff?
