The front suspension components are completely different. None them will bolt right on.

You'd be much better off just selling the one you have and buying a 2wd reg cab. They are a dime a dozen and usually pretty cheap.

Yeah I could sell the frame I have. The truck I will never sell case it was my gramps. I will keep it black exterior with ran interior for him but whatever else I do to it will be for me.

Just uncrank the torsion bars and remove the rear block, it will be a low as a 2wd. Then if you ever got into the whole performance thing I guess you could use 4x4 for launches? Idk I'm no drag racer

Does anyone happen to have any pictures of the stock 2wd front suspension set up by any chance?

Really how the whole thing is mounted. I think all that's needed to be added is the upper coil spring bucket with shock mount, and a different lower control arm. The upper looks the same.

The uppers are different. The lowers are different. Even the angle the lowers meet the frame are different.

You don't have to get upset about it. i appreciate the help. From the pictures I could find online things didn't look that different. I would think ford used the same frames with just different mounts to keep costs down. If its that different then it sounds like it would be too hard to adapt it. I was just hoping if it was as easy as cutting off a couple mounts and welding a couple on after measurements are correct. I have built a few vehicles and bikes but I haven't built a f150. I do appreciate all the help though.
