Default 4BT Cummins in a 10th gen?

Soooo...as the title states, I'm asking about a 4BT in a 10th gen F-150. I'm planning (in the not so near future) to do this swap with my '03 and was wondering if anyone has successfully done it. I've seen videos from Moges Diesel on YouTube and he did it. The difference is, mine is a 2wd and manual. His is 4wd and auto. My truck has the M5R2 of course but because of the torque of a diesel, I'm looking at putting in a ZF S5-42 trans. I'm not expecting much feedback for the trans but as far as the engine goes, I'd like to know what people have done to make it work.

They are good motors. My Buddy bought an old bread van a few months ago just for the 4BT. I think it's going in a Grand Cherokee though.

Thanks for the responses guys. I've seen these videos and I've done a lot of research on this motor. What I want to know, though, is what people have done to make it work on the 10th gen platform, what modifications, tips, etc. If anybody has done this swap on here I want know what they did so I'll have some direction on what to do.
