Default 4.6 stutters when it has a load on it

I know this is a f150 forum but I have an 02 Expedition with 4.6 that stutters when you get on the gas. It only does this when it is in gear pulling. It will sit in park and rev perfect. I have posted threads on the Expedition Forum, but there is not enough people on it to know anything about the problem. As for what I have done to it. I have changed fuel filter-2 mths ago, spark plugs and coil packs-1 mth ago, removed and cleaned fuel injectors last week, removed and cleaned MAF last week. I was also told it could be the Cats even though I am not getting a code, so since I have 4 cats I removed the 2 small ones and gutted the 2 large ones. With all that I have done, the problem has not changed. I am getting a EGR code PO401, but I have changed the EGR valve and the circulation sensor. I dont know if this has anything to do with the stuttering. Please help me if you can. Sorry about the long thread.

are your sure its not the tranny slipping? it still could have a bad coil pack also or it could be gettin water in one of them on the right side i have heard of that to some kind of hose will leak and let water in one of them i cant remeber what number. i was check the coil packs again and also if they dont fix it i would try some lucas tranny stop slip and see if that helps

I will try the Lucas tranny slip and see what it does. Do you think I could be getting low fuel pressure?

Do you know what the fuel pressure is supposed to be? I had the fuel injectors taken out and cleaned last week, but would I get a code for an injector acting up. Do you know if the egr code I am getting as I posted in the original thread has anything to do with the stuttering.

it could have something to do with and no im not sure what the pressure should be all i have ever done to mine is run some slick 50 injector cleaner through and changed the fuel filter. also im not sure if you would get a code or not for injectors i know sometimes it has to studder so many times before a code will appear
