A steering stabilizer won't do anything to help correct the binding you'll get with the harsh angles you're going to put the CV axles and Ball joints at.

So when the truck is level do both top inside fender wells (front and rear) measure the same distance from the floor? Going to adjust my tbars and was wondering if I can use that as a reference point?

In theory level would be the same measurement hub to fender front and back

My truck is pretty much stock other than a Flowmaster exhaust and some aftermarket headlights that I'm fixing to take off and get different ones. Plus some 31 inch Duratracs, that I'm trying to get rid of because they are too small for my likings.
