35s on Rough Country 4 or 5 inch lifts? Pics Please
I've searched the forums and have gotten a bit overwhelmed with the pictures. I just bought a 2000 Lariat and was looking to do a lift with a reasonable price tag (don't want to invest too much in an old truck!). Rough Country 4 to 5 inch lifts seems like a great value for the dollar ($1000ish). It is for my wife and she wants the big truck look, but I don't want to spend too much.
I am looking to see the Rough Country 4 or 5 lifts with the recommended 35" tire upgrade. I wasn't looking to do a body lift on top that and that seems to be the photos I came across.
Thanks in advance!

People will tell you to stay away from the Rough country lift, I personally run the 5" (the 4" and 5" are the same, they just have a different block in the rear) and only had a coupe issues. The U-bolts are junk, they where pretty thin and kept stretching on me, and they want you to stack blocks in the rear. If you get a solid 6" block and real U-bolts you'll be fine. Here is my truck right after I did the lift with the T-bars as tall as they could go (29.25" from center of hub to fender):
Here is as low as they could go (my leaf springs settled a lot and I didn't like the squat look):
Here it is kinda in the center, when my leaf springs where totally flat, I bought F-250 springs and put an AAL in. The leaf springs got flat with a combo of axle wrap because of the blocks which is common for a lifted vehicle, and way overloading my truck multiple times. This is with the new springs and the T-bars mid way cranked. It is loaded down with a little bit of wood, just really dry rotted 1x6 from a deck we're rebuilding.
I am on 35x12.5R17 tires, the first pic was on Good year fierce attitudes with 17x8.5 Moto metal wheels on 2" adapters because they went to a jeep. The others are Toyo A/T II extremes with 17x9 XD series spy with a -12 offset.
