Default 35" tire questions

So I have been toying with the idea of replacing my 33's with some 35's. 1, will I be able to clear them without too much rubbing (a little really isn't the end of the world), and 2, will I notice a big power loss. Everything is stock on my motor except a straightpipe and an intake.

Yes there will be a huge power loss. Along with rubbing the frame, the fender flairs, and the front valance.

That's pretty much exactly how my truck sits. Is that a 305/70/17 size for the tire?

It's 315/70/r17 and I don't feel any power loss. It will spin as easy with 35s on it it still takes off strong and pulls anything I want it to. If it lost power with the 35s on it then it must be one bad sum bitc* with factory size tres on it.

I had to do some minor trimming with a 6" lift.
If you dont have enough back spacing on the rims and go with 12.5's the front tires will rub on the suspension.

I noticed a loss of power going from stock to 35's, but for normal driving it's not bad. I still want to put in 4.56's. If you will be towing or off roading, gearing is more crucial.
Going from 33's to 35's, I doubt you will even notice the difference. I can't really when I switch to my 33" winter tires.
