Default #3 misfire

I have a 2002 5.4 in my F150. I am getting a P0303 code which is a cylinder 3 misfire. My questions is, "Which cylinder is the code reader saying is #3 ?? Is it the 2nd cylinder back on the driver side, the 3rd cylinder back on the driver side, or the 3rd cylinder back on the passenger side ?? How are the cylinders on the 5.4 numbered ??

Cyls 1 thru 4 are on the passenger side. #1 is the front. In your options, the third back passenger side.

Just a heads up, it could be a broken rocker arm, just had to replace one after tearing the whole thing apart thinking it was a burnt valve. If it is, change the lifters while you're in there...

I have a hesitate in my f150 than I can drive out off??
When I hit 60 klm or at 80 klm it will pulse or hesitate?? when I put it into over drive it will leave the engine??

Sounds like a misfire. If you are clicking the button you are taking it out of overdrive.

F OneFifty, the first problem you explained (fuel driver module) occurs with the 04 plus models.
I looked closer and seen you have a 2006 F150. You may want to start your own thread here for more specific help, -

The info you received thus far is relevant tho.
