Default 2wd to 4x4 call me crazy!!!

i have a 97 F-150 4.6L with a 4R70W trans 2wd. masterbeatty gave me a 205 Transfer case i got a 10.25 rear axle for 50 bucks. i got a wheel to wheel dana 44 with steering links radius arms and everything from a 1979 F-250 with 3.55 gears. my plan is after i get done with school in july i will hopfully have enogh moeny to make brackets and replace broken stuff on the dana 44. havnt desided on leafs or coils yet. i know leafs would be easyer but what do you guys recommend?
i will keep my 8.8 as it has 3.55 gears untill i save money to get 4.56's for the 10.25 and the dana 44. i plan on welding the front spiders as the dana 44 came with some nice factory wheel lock outs.
the 205 has a 31 spline stubby driveshaft my driveshaft now has 31 splines so i will have a stubby drive shaft so i dont have to get a new trans. as my 4R70W was just rebuilt less than 6,000 miles ago.
i plan on using my truck on some trails and some mud no rock climbing or anything like that just crusing trails and hittin some mud holes.
what outters do i need on the dana 44 to match the 8 lug pattern of the 10.25? right now there 5 lug outters and when i put my 10.25 in i want to have 8 lugs in the front as well.
What else do you think i might need to do this swap? Masterbeatty and his dad are going to be helping me out alot with this they've both done there fair shares of SAS's.
here are pictures of the parts i have so far and also i belong to an F-150 site a few guys photoshoped my truck with 8" of lift.

8-10" with 265/75/R16 BFG A/T

any info would be great thanks guys :beer

and if u do insist on using a 2 wheel drive to start with. go with a dana 60 front cause the 40 will be your weak link in the whole project.(assuming u do every thing else right) lol

i dont plan on doing any rock crawling or anything crazy just some trails and a few mud holes.... i dont think my 4.6L is going to put down enogh power to break anything on the dana 44.

i would have just bought a 4x4 but i got a free un breakable trasfer case, and a 10.25 for 50 bucks? i mean come on and a wheel to wheel dana 44 for 250 bucks. so i mean 300 bucks for axles and a transfer case?? find me a 4x4 in the same shape as my truck for oh lets call it 500-600 bucks after fabration on brackets and everything. and ill buy it!

i have all the stuff for coils and coil will give me more lift. i would have to fully box the frame if i went leafs. i dont know its really up to my buddy who has done 3 or 4 SAS's before *Soild axle swap*
