295's + Stock rims-2000 4x4- OKAY? Pics?
New guy to the forum, tires , (among other things) are in need of replacing on my stock 2000 4x4-f150-lariat with stock rims cleaned up.
So i have adjusted the T-bars some already with the stock 265/70-17's and doing some math seems like 295's would fit pretty well in the wheel well, is it allright to run that wide on stock rims?
Pics would be even better, new here and hard to get around to find what exactly im after..
Thanks

Get an alignment after you adjust your T-bars. Also make sure that you are at or below 24.25" from the center of your hub to your fender.
After that you can run up to 35's. I had 35x12.5R17's with just a torsion bar crank but I rubbed on everything lol.

295s arent a very common tire size but it will fit and run them just fine. Dont go over that magic # of 24.25" though.

Thanks
That 24.25 number i have heard so much about, question, my truck (2000 lariat) has the factory fender fares so not sure if that number is to the flares or to the actual fender, which i cant quite see.

Do it to the fender flare and you will be on the safe side and will definitely still clear.
