Default 2003 Lugnut thread size

I am looking to upgrade my rims and I will need to go with a closed end acorn style lug for my wheels to look right.

I have heard 3 different sizes for the thread for this year. I am looking for a solid answer on this so I can order my rims/lugs.

12 X 1.5 ?
14 X 1.5 ?
14 X 2.0 ?

Anyone at all?

You have the lugs that uses a 21mm they are 14x2.0 metric. If you somehow have the 19mm socket it would be 12x1.5 metric lugs (which you shouldn't unless axles were changed with a pre '01 model).

Torque on the 19mm lugnuts are 100, the 21mm goes to 150 ft/lbs. You should be able to find this info right on your stock washer of the lugnut.
