I have a 2003 f150 with the 5.4 thats been a great truck so far, but for the last few monthes its been on and off running rough at startup for the first 30 seconds to a minute and then cleared out. Lately its been everytime i start it after it sits for at least four or five hours. Yesterday its first set the check engine light code and the autozone guy said Miss on cylinder 2. I changed plugs about 2 years or 5000 miles ago. Anybody seen this before? I really dont want to take it to a shop because they'll never see it act up and wont be able to fix it.
