2003 f150 leveling kit info
hey guys, i have an 03 f150 reg cab shortbed and i am looking to buy a leveling kit (new torsion keys) with 2.5in blocks for the rear. the kit im looking at is from rough country which includes the torsion keys, blocks, hardware, and 4 new shocks for $209. my question is if anyone knows if its a good kit/deal and if anyone has any recommendations. Im also looking into some wheel spacers because i cannot afford rims and tires so i cant get a new set of rims with negative offset. any help is appreciated!
Thanks!
Thanks!

The only kind of spacer that anyone on here will recommend is Bora. They are not cheap but if torqued correctly they won't leave you wrecked either.

You can use the kit but do not over crank your tbars. Your ride will go to crap and your front end components will die painful expensive deaths not long after. 24.25"s from the center of your wheel to your fender is the limit.

Are you thinking 285/75r16?

The keys are cut different allowing more leverage on the torsion bar when you crank the bolt so it raises the front end way too much. Some times people need them to get the 24.25", but often times stock keys will let you get there. I would not get after market keys unless you absolutlely can not get to 24.25" on your stock keys.
As far as 285 vs 295, those numbers are width. They vary by 0.4" with 285 being 11.2" and 295 being 11.6".
