Default 2003 f150 i need more power =\ will this work?

I have a 5.4l 2v triton powered f150 lariat 4door
i have always loved this truck but last year i put a 7inch fab tech lift under it and have 37.5 bfgoodrich allterains and it has a superchip and air intake but i cant get it to a straight up burn out. I can squeal my tires turning out of a stop sign fast but i cant just sit there and roast em off. not what i want to do but I do want some more power

i was looking around ebay and i found this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...Q5fAccessories
a ford lighting turbo kit
i want to know if this would work with my truck and would i see a noticeable gain in hp/tq?

are there any other ways you suggest adding hp/tq to my ride? plz help thanks

Ya turbos work But have you re-geared (to 4.56's) because a 37" tire will rob allot of your low end torque? If you haven't, that switch is allot cheaper than your $900 ebay turbo.

since its a 4x4 re gearing would cost about the same... but itd b better for the tranny to regear. less strain on it instead of just puttin more power to it

Your turbo kit looks a lot like this one. Same price too.

Stay away from that kit. Regear instead. Your tranny will thank you.
