2003 F150 cabin air filter
Can anyone tell me how to access the cabin airfilter to replace it? I know it's under the glovebox on the passenger side, but I only see a cover panel with 3 screws.

Like Torkum said, it would have been a dealer add on for the F150s. You have the right location in mind. It will be under the cover of the air duct, under the glove box.
