Default 2001 Screw 3x4 advice needed

I could use a bit of advice with my 3x4 to 4x4 conversion. I would like to know what I should be looking for before i put it back together. Any concerns as to the damage that may be in other areas, ie; frame/undercarriage/etc, (the rest of the truck is mint looking). What should I check for? (I have only seen pictures. I meet it on Tuesday.) I wish I knew what the heck happened to it. I picked it up at auction in Lansing Mi. for (don't hate me) $1150. US.

WTH is a 3x4?? They make 4x2's (2 wheel drive) and 4x4... and I'm not sure if you meant to post pics or what but we can't tell a damn thing about the truck from your vague thread...

Just move the good wheel to the center of the hood and you'll have a true 3x4.
