Default Tire fitment issues

Hello everyone. I saw a good deal on craigslist on 20' wheels and tires that is hard to pass. I would like to hear from people that actually run a 305/50/20 tires. What issues do you have and recommendations if any. I have an 5.4 4x4 01 extended cab with stock suspension. Thanks in advance for your input.

I used to have 275/55/r20's on my 2wd but im now runnin 305/40r22's(saw a deal on craigslist like you, couldnt pass it up). The 20's ran really good tho. Smooth, good traction all around and there was no rubbing at all. You should be fine with your size especially since you have a 4x4 so its naturally a lil taller stock than a 2wd like my truck

They actually ride ALOT smoother than i thought they would being there 22's. And since there 9.5 inches wide they get really good traction. Only bad side they rub at almost full lock on my sway bar but the bars are also aftermarket hellwigs and alot thicker than the stock ones
