2001 F150 sport 4.2L performance
Were to buy performance parts for a 2001 F150 sport 4x4 4.2L??? First mods? Its a 2001 F150 Sport 4x4 with 6 inch lift K&N CAI throttle body spacer. Flowmaster catback.

Remove most of the so called performance mods, since they are all (except for the lift) hinder performance.
It's a 4two anyway. Anyone wanting performance needs something to work with. Your better off selling it IMO and acquiring a truck that at the very least has a V8. It would be money better spent since 4.2 and performance isn't usually found in the same sentence.
