Default 2001 f150 drivers airbag/sensitive horn

hey guys the horn is really sensitive on my truck and I took the airbag off thinking that there was a tab that I could just push in a little bit more to make the horn less sensitive well instead I found these two pins and I filed them down and now I'm thinking that I should not have done that Cuz maybe i disturbed the ground? And the airbags will go off when I put the battery cables back together
please help

The sensitive horn is cause by bad horn switches inside the airbag.

Lol I know right... the worst part is before I did it and as I was doing it filing the pins down I thought to myself just leave it be. but I just can't leave good enough alone and if it ain't broke I gotta fix it

thanks for the reply do you know if I definitely disturb the ground by filing those down or any disturbed any electrical contact causing the airbag to deploy?

Your horn may not work. The air bag grounds are controlled by the crash sensors.
