Default Help with P0750 code

I have a 97 F150 xlt with the 4r70w and right when i was getting home the overdrive light started flashing followed by a check engine light with the P0750 shift solenoid A code. The o/d light only flashes at idle-under 10mph once it goes past 10 mph it stops. I looked around the forums and saw this can be cause by dirty/low fluid so i decided to drop the pan. Found like two small pieces of metal and just cleaned everything up and put back. Might have been low because the drain pan i had was inaccurate and read 5 qts so i replaced the 5 qts, when i went to put the old fluid in the empty qts i only managed to fill up 3 and a half qts. I thought that wouldve fixed the problem but i erased the code and it still came back. After the flush ive only droven it like 2 miles and under 30 mph should i try driving it more to circulate the fluid or would this hurt it? What else should i try?

Does it drive and act the same as it did before you changed the fluid?

Yeah, it felt normal before the fluid change just that the over drive was flashing and a P0750 code. After the fluid change it still feels normal. I dont feel like its making rough shifts or anything.
