1999 with unknown hose
I was changing my rear speed sensor last night when I discovered a hose connected to my rear axle that is not connected on one end. It looks like a clip broke off, but I could not find anyplace that it would connect to. The hose looks dry so it is not currently leaking any fluids of any sort. I assume it is some sort of air hose, but not sure what for.
The attached picture is the hose itself which is attached to a module on the drivers side rear axle. Any ideas what this is for or how critical it is?

thank you. That was REAL quick. I did a quick search and from what I understand it just mounts up high to prevent water from getting in our fluid from leaking.
Am I safe just ziptieing(sp?) it up along the frame to keep it out of the way? As long as I do not crimp the hose.
