I went mudding yesterday with some friends and not too long ago I washed the underneath of my truck to get all the caked mud from underneath it. I was driving home today and it was creaking and making all kinds of disturbing noises. Anyways, as I was hosing down the from right part by my wheel I noticed something wiggling when the water touched it. I checked the other one and it wasn't loose. The problem is, I don't remember what it's called so I was wondering if someone could tell me. It's the vertical bar circled in the picture:

Sway Bar Extender. The plastic/Rubber bushings come off over time. Easy fix

Alright cool thanks is there any way I can get rid of the squeaking my truck is making? I can stand in the bed towards the tailgate and jump and it creaks really badly
