Bad idle on my 99 F150
Ok so this truck is a 99 F150 with 4.6L Standard in it 2wd miles 160,000
I have been having a bad idle problem for quite sometime and it finally became a bad issue: buck, stalls, and idles terrible when stopped or coasting but runs fine when accelerating but it only does this once the engine has warmed up a bit. I have replaced spark plugs with Motorcraft, plug wires are only 2 years old. Replaced IAC valve, EGR works fine and cleaned up, throttle body is cleaned. Next im replacing the TPS. After that im probably going to take it somewhere to clean the injector. anything else i should check ran the computer and got nothing wrong cept the o2 sensor but that has nothing to do with my problem. also i like to add gas mileage is kinda horrible these past few months. please help not sure if im on the right track.
