replaced the pcm relay theft not flashing anymore but truck still wont start, misted fuel in truck fired off till fuel was gone, has new fuel pump in it . just not getting fuel now. no fuel pressure in fuel rail also, so not sure now what the trouble is are is still part of the same.

make sure the fuel pump relay is good. not sure just what has been done to it but if you will look at your owners manual there is a fuel shut off under the rt lower rocker cover. it has a reset switch in line with a plunger you have to push down if for some reason it turned your fuel off.
1st make sure the relay in the fuse panel under the hood is good then if still no start check the fuel shut off under the lower racker cover. mine is under the dash and partially covered with the lower rocker cover. yours should be in the same location. your owners manual will tell you.
did you put a new relay in the panel under the hood for the theft light pcm function or did you just swap it out with one of the others in the panel? if you did you may have pulled the fuel pump relay and put the bad one in its place.

This happened to my ’02 4.6 the other day. Looked for answers on the internet and as odd as it sounds, this seemed to have worked … one user said to try the remote unlock first. Did that to no avail, but user also said to put the key in the ignition and turn it on/off a few times real quick then try to crank it. Started right up after doing that and haven’t had an issue since.
