1998 F150 Oil Pump Problems Newbie Here!
Newbie,
Have a 1998 that when it sits for a few days and I start it up it smokes for a few miles and runs rough. The oil pressure guage is eratic all this time. The guage drops evey once in awhile when i am not on the gas and it is at idal. Is this the oil pump? I don't think this is the guage problem most have nor the sending unit because of the way the motor acts when this happens.
