Default 1998 F150 4.2 2x4 Stick Mod Options

I have a 1998 F150 xl 4.2 with the 5 speed stick 2x4. What are some extremely cheap or free mods I can do to it?

Mods done already:
Gotts Air intake Mod
Muffler Cut off (surprisingly not that loud, just grumbles!)

Mods planned with parts already on way:
3" Coil Leveling kit
Spray can flat black EVERYTHING, including all chrome and wheels
30% tint for front two windows, weatherstrip tint, and 60% + tint on rear window

For a 2 wheel drive you do NOT want a 3" level. Go 2.5" and get an alignment. 3" is too high and will causes camber issues.

And for the spray paint everything black... your truck will like like **** if you do that.

Well if you're going for the cheap *** work truck look, that's the way to go. PTM the chrome the same color as your truck. And the wheels black. It gives it a more planned, finished look instead of the "omg! The chrome has to go" look, like it had to be done and the person was too lazy to color match.

I figured black because the truck lives in NYS. It's got rust, rust holes, rust tailgate etc etc etc... black would cover that up better.

Just a plain ol flat black truck.

Its not gonna be flat black. Its gonna be spray paint black, there's a huge difference. Not to be mean but if its already a rust bucket your gonna have to cough up a lot of coin to fix it and spray painting it black isn't a fix.

I don't plan on fixing the rust. Just covering it up. And I am done with spray paint black. I did my last two vehicles that way.

And please let's get to the post topic. Any good mods out there for this truck?

Maybe a set of off-road lights?

Why ask for opinions on modding a truck that is piece?
Sell it and buy something decent to mod. Polish a turd it's still a turd.

Personally, I'd be too embarrassed to ask about mods. I'd keep it hush hush and search Google.

If he likes it he should do whatever he wants. Mine used to be a fleet truck. A trip or two to the junkyard and a couple cans of rattle-paint can do wonders to a truck!
