Default 1997 leaf springs

I recently bought another f150 a 1997 model I hauled a very heavy load that I normally do with my 2000 and 2003 models and the back end just sank I looked at the rear end and it only has 3 leaf springs and my 2003 has 4 would I be able to find a bigger set from another one and bolt those ones right in?

I take it they must have upgraded the rear end suspension shortly after release in 1997

Just did this myself, here's my thread on it: https://www.f150forum.com/f78/kirks-97-a-310764/
I found a set of 2200 lbs leaf springs that bolt in, stock has 1400 lbs. The leaf spring p/n is 43-1199HD. You'll need 1" longer U-Bolts to accommodate them I bought these which are by far the best deal out there, i shopped around and they're about half the price since they're on clearance. http://www.ebay.com/itm/121594703212?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&rmvSB=trueExpect a 2-3" lift unless you buy drop shackles which they do sell. Good luck
