or, if ur not made of money, take it to an alignment shop and let them install the keys, since you're gonna need an alignment if you do it yourself anyways.

I've never done it, but don't think it would be hard, but for what an alignment shop would charge it might not be worth your time fightin it. They shouldn't charge more than an hour labor and they have the air tools to make it fast.

Why would you pay money for keys when you can crank up your stock one for free??

Cuz the torsion bars only puts your ride up a little more than an inch if what i hear is correct....torsion keys are cheap, 60 bucks....for another 2-3 inches...fits my budget lol....but i hear those arent too smart for ur truck anyway, im pretty content of where my truck sits after the torsion bar cranks...if it aint done the right way, then im not doin it...which means suspension lift in the near future hopefully!

it literally takes 10 minutes to turn your torsion keys. just jack the front end up and screw both keys. there is almost no difference between the stock ones and aftermarket keys as far as how much lift you get. i turned my stock keys all the way and got 2 - 2.5 in of lift.

If you do decide to go with a suspension lift, Skyjacker makes a 3" lift for 04-08 that I picked up for $450 and installed it myself saving $500 so I took that money and bought me a nice Bull Bar!
