1997/8 Grille to 2003

I bought nice grille for my 2003 F150. Unfortunately it is from 1997/8 truck... and I cannot return it. Is there any way that I can use it with my 2003?

I don't see any way it would work...that opening is just much bigger than the 97-98's.

What are you doing with the grill/what kind is it? I just happen to need a grill for a 98...
