I'm looking at getting one online and have these 2 to choose from.

This Repair Manual 2003 F150 ( 146 Files in Total ) looks to be good and judging by the description and picture it seems to be a software program interface but it could be PDF. I wonder if it covers the Electronic Locking Differential System. From the dash switch right down to the Transfer Case.

This Repair Manual 1997-2003 F150 ( 405 Files in Total ) is a PDF file and seems to cover a lot of info with repair information but could be bigger because it covers from 97 to 03.

Does anyone have either manual? Maybe I'll just get both

Contact the seller and ask if it also has the EVTM and PCED sections. if it does then get it. If he doesn't know, RUN!

I haven't bought one yet but will ask before I buy to make sure it has those troubleshooting and diagnostic manuals.

I've been eyeing a Haynes manual but didn't like the $25 price tag at Advance.

The question I have, though, is why aren't there free copies out there to download? The Land Rover community has been circulating a digital copy the Discovery shop manual for years through message boards and enthusiast sites.

Of course, Land Rover dealerships are few and far between and, when found, charge much more than your typical Ford shop for parts and labor. So it could be a matter of necessity.

I bought one from an ebay seller and it was really quite good for 6.99 delivered. I checked and what you are asking for is in it and it has schematics for the vacuum lines and the electric to the dash on on. If you are interested I can furnish a seller link. I currently have bought online services manuals for my 07 Mustang, the 97-03 F150 and also one on the 04-08 F150. I might be able to help someone with one of these vehicles if they need a page or two until you can get yours'

Sure a link would be great. I asked the seller of the online ones I am looking at if they include EVTM and PCED sections but haven't got a answer back yet.

This is the one I got my 2000-03 manual from. I'm using it for my 98 F150 as it's 99% the same. For the money it is really a decent manual. Good luck.

Did you ever hear back from the seller on those two manuals? Thinking about buying one of those myself.

I got mine from www.repairmanualstore.com, 2 year's ago and it is still in use in fact I put a laptop in the garage just for this cd-manual, it has evtm,pc/ed pin code's etc, best I have ever had, it is interactive and for 49 buck's, no brainer, I have save thousand's, 3 on rebuilding my 6 spd, not only guided me with word and illustration's even told me how much to torque the bolt's. it is the real deal, like having a master ford mechanic with you.
