03 supercrew drivers side power mirror

03 supercrew drivers side power mirror
Why is it impossible to find this part?
Whenever I do a search it seems as if this particular mirror is about as easy to find as a unicorn.
It seems as if the 2 main factors are:
1) The Year 03, I can find 98-02 no problem
2) The fact that it is a supercrew, regular cab no problem to find
So, with that being said. What the hell is the issue with trying to find this particular mirror. I cannot imagine the styling is that dramatically different from any of the other 97-02 models, nor can I believe that ford had a different styling for the reg cab vs. super crew.
Everything on fleabay is 98, 99, 00, 01, 02 (except super crew) Even the replacement online stores seem to have issues with this mirror.
ANY help would be more then appreciated. I lost my drivers side to a tree 2 weeks ago when I was out wheeling.
