I have a good friend who is a KIA/Hyundai Master tech. He said given the choice He personally would look into Hyundai. The build quality seems to be higher along with everything in the KIA powertrain wise is Hyundia, but the chassis are built by Daewoo, So take that as you will.

I was actually down in Jersey Saturday for the supercross race.
Huh, this truck looked exactly the same. Both the color and wheel style.

Good luck with the truck. Rust is a real pain. Yours is one of my personal favorite 10th gens around!

Unless they took it out for a joy-ride....LOL And Saturday was paint day.

Got it back yesterday. The paint job is absolutely beautiful! Color matches perfect, but no orange peel.
Had them oil the hell out of everything. It's now dripping out of the doors and rockers, out from under the cab and bed. LOL My friend was following me home last night and said that every time I hit a bump my pipes would smoke from the oil dripping down.

This fall after the oil finishes soaking in and washing off the surface, I will hit the entire underside with that POR 15. That combined with oiling should save the truck. Maybe next year or the year after I will have the rear driver's door replaced.
