Default 01 F150 Constant Hesitation

I have an 01 F150 that has been hesitating for a couple of weeks. Yesterday it started doing all the time, it feels like it a cylinder is misfiring. I changed the fuel filter last night and that didn't help.

I really need ideas because this is my daily driver and I need to fix it quick. What can I check?

Default check plugs 1 and 8

I had the same problem, leaking water from over the engine got into the plug and shorted it out.

there is an area in the center of the windshield drain where the 2 halves of the frame come together. Seal it with hi temperature silicone. That should solve the problem in the future.

I went to autozone and the computer scan came back with engine misfire. Codes 401, 175. How do I go about checking these?

went again to autozone and redid the code check and it came back with cylinder #8 misfire. I will be changing plugs and this coil pack.
