01-03 Supercrew rear door panel removal
Haven't been able to find anything on the rear screw door panels but here's pictures. The top part is held on with clips that pull straight out and there's a Phillips screw. You pull straight up on the window switch and it comes off then you unplug the connector. There are 2 more Phillips screws at the bottom of the door ( took picture of one to hide cancer 
) you take a flat head screw driver and pop off the trim behind the door handle there's a notch for something like a screw driver to fit into. There's another Phillips screw behind it. And under the switch panel there's 1 11mm (I'm pretty sure ) bolt then the door panel lifts off.

some people might not know how to get them off without breaking something. Like to pull straight out on the part by the window or the window switch.. Anyway I just posted it because I couldn't find anything about it anywhere.
