will a svt supercharger fit my truck? 02 5.4 ..i know ill have to swap intake and all that crap but will it fit, as far as with motor and under hood? my buddy has some 42* injectors i can get cheap, is it a big deal to swap and wire up? i will also have to get another custom tune i know

I dont see why it wouldnt fit, the lightning and Harley have the same hood as the rest of us. You should have no problems closing the hood.

well thats what i thought but wanted to make sure, its a 00 lightning charger, think i can run it with my stock motor(rotating assembly) and transmission? was only gonna put 6lb pulley on it

If I were you I would not put the 6 lber on just yet. Lightning short blocks are stronger than ours and would be flirting with a big hole in the block. I would 4lb MAX until you rebuild the shortblock. The rods are the main problem. But hey anything is possible with the RIGHT TUNE. But hey if you have another car to drive I say crank up the boost and see what shakes loose. Take pics and post up.

yes i knew the rods were the weak point figured they would handle 6lb, im trying to get whole motor and tranny cheap

i would just buy the charger and intercooler and while its out to be put on rebuild your motor you could be out of it for around 1500 or 2000 if you did all the work.

well im negotiating a good deal i think i may be able to get motor and trans for 2500 has bout 66000 on motor

so do yall think 900 for supercharger,intercooler, and intake used only 100 miles on it is worth that? has TB also

absolutly, Im looking at supercharging my truck and all the kits I have found run between 4-6 grand. With only 100 miles it sounds like a hell of a deal

thats what i thought gibby figured i was idiot if i didnt grab it
