I've got that exact grill it looks like. I attached a picture for you to see - it's no longer on the truck as I decided to go with another one my buddy was getting rid of (6 bar). It's oxford white surround and black inside... is this what you're looking for? If so, let me know and I'll get some pictures posted!
Oh yea, it has 4 of the 5 clips intact, the middle one is missing but isn't really a big deal since it's also tightened up with nuts on the inside.
