Tuxedo Black Flares

Guys i have a factory 13 tuxedo black truck. I have the factory grey flares on my truck. Im looking for the match to my color. i will trade and offer shipping, or buy straight out. I have considered painting just dont know about the texture of the flairs and if it will stay on long term on the plastic.
