From TS Performance website:

TS Performance EcoPro Module. Designed for the 3.5L Ford F-150 EcoBoost Engine.

The EcoPro module connects to the MAP Sensor and the Turbo Pressure sensor on the engine creating more power and better fuel economy. Gain 50HP at the rear wheels and pick up 1-2MPG.

Uses factory connectors to connect to the sensors on the engine. Once the module is removed it can never be detected, so it is safe to use on a truck with warranty without fear of voiding the factory warranty.

I couldn't find any reviews on it, I found a description of how it works on another forum, and one video of it installed but they really didn't go into much after install.

TS makes great products though they are better known in the diesel world. Installed the TS 6 position chip on my 7.3L, thing runs like a scalded cat now.
