Trim Piece RH vent 09-14

Im looking to buy the silver trim piece that connects the dash. The RIGHT trim. Been looking for two months on ebay only to find ridiculous prices asked for it.

No I dont need the actual vent. I need the piece shown in the picture. But yes, the flow through
