Oem ford has the ptm grille assembly. It's around $500 with forum discount then you need to get it painted. Finding a chrome one on eBay off a king ranch, pulling the center out and painting it is going to be your cheapest route.

Tremor grill is the 2014 grill. My screw came with the same grill.
