I offered to give you the leveling kit for free that you could have kept for yourself or sold for cash. You denied that. So I made a claim with UPS and you couldn't comply with them in order to get the claim taken care of. As far as Im concerned I tried to help you the best that I could that was completely fair.
FYI nobody should buy from this seller.

That's bs i did take them to a ups when I got time and they said they wouldn't touch them and they most likely wouldn't be covered do to poor packaging. They said I would have to schedule a pick up and have them returned to you which I am not doing unless I am assured a refund. Guess I will open a a claim with paypal.

Care for me to post up the text convo? I have out entire convo saved. You denied the free parts I offered you in attempt to make you whole. You could have gotten what you later asked me in cash for. After you denied that offer I made a claim with UPS. They requested that you have the original packaging, which you threw away. So then you tried to put the blame on me once you realized UPS couldn't resolve the issue in the manner that they requested. How is that my fault? Again, I offered you free parts to do whatever you wanted with, sell, own, etc. I made the claim with UPS, and you couldn't oblige by their standards to get it resolved. As far as Im concerned I did my part. Im not just gonna GIVE you your money back, because then that would be you scamming me. Doesn't work that way.

I have the all the messages to,I denied the level kit because I had no use for it. Maybe you would have shipped it in a zip lock bag or wrapped it in a paper towel. I asked for a partial refund to put towards getting them repaired which I think is fair. I went to the ups store like you wanted and they wouldn't touch them and said ups most likely wouldn't pay for the damage because of how poorly packed they were. The only thing ups would do is let me schedule a return pick up and i am sure your lien *** wouldn't refund anything. Just remember dude karma is a MOTHER FU$&ER. What goes around comes around and you will get yours. Putting two steps in a box ( not even a box a bunch of card board taped together) and shipping it like that with nothing isolating them is crap. All you had to was split the cost of me getting the step pads bed lined to cover up the gouges and I would have been happy, instead you ignore me. I bet you wouldn't run your mouth like this in person.
So I will let everyone on here know not to do business with you 👍

Haha. It's funny when you speak on here your story is so one sided. Those steps were 40lbs and very oddly shaped. Next time I'll build a wooden crate for you so it costs me more to ship it than what you bought them for. Yea that's fair for one person. Again, you're failing to admit the fact that you were simply lazy and didn't want to comply with UPS's requests to solve the claim. All you had to do was do what they told you to do. Worst case scenario, I got them back and you got your money back. I sure as heck not going to send you a refund for a damaged part that in the pictures you claimed to show damage simply showed they were dirty. There were no gouges or gashes like you claimed. How do I know you didn't damage them yourself in an attempt to scam me just because the package they were in wasn't to your standards? I tried to help you twice and you denied one and failed to comply with UPS on the other. Not my problem that you were lazy and wouldn't do what they told you to in order to get the claim taken care of.
