Slightly Blemished Bakflip Tonneau Covers

Brian is really a "stand-up" guy!!!
Here is the story. I ordered a blemished Bak Flip VP for my 2007 SCREW 5.5 back in November 2013. I got a confirmation but no delivery date. After a week, I called Brian to find out what was going on. He said the computer showed 2 in inventory but that was incorrect as there were none in stock.
Since I was leaving VA for the winter, I told him to cancel the order and that I would reorder this spring when I got back.
When I got back this spring, much to my surprise, I was told that due to staff requirements they would not be having anymore blemished covers. I'm not going into details of the fix, but I'm happy to say that Brian was a stand up guy and took care of me.
BTW, the cover fits perfectly and only took 20 minutes to install. Based on this experience, I'll buy all of my future after market products from Brian & Auto Customs.
Thanks again Brian
